Jindal Photo Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Jindal Photo Limited has announced a board meeting on May 28, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs. 225.94 Cr for the year, down from Rs. 265.55 Cr last year, mainly due to lower profits from associates following a stake reduction in Jindal India Powertech.
