Aeonx Digital Technology Ltd — Updates, 28-05-2025: Company Update

Aeonx Digital Technology has announced a board meeting on which the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, were approved with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The Board has proposed a 10% dividend (Re. 1 per share) subject to shareholder approval. It also approved granting 23,000 ESOPs under its 2024 Employee Stock Option Plan and plans to issue up to 241,000 warrants to a promoter entity, pending member approval. Additionally, the Board approved appointing M/s Jay Mehta and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder consent.
