Gayatri Bioorganics Limited has announced a board meeting on 28-05-2025 approving the appointment of Mr. Srinivas Iduri as an Additional Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Meenakshi Ramchand Sachdeva has been re-designated as an Independent Director for five years, also pending shareholder nod. The board committees have been reconstituted including these appointments. Two Independent Directors, Mr. Murali Vittala and Mr. Ramachandra Seshaprasad Chodavarapu, resigned due to advancing age. M/s. Vivek Surana & Associates and M/s. Vas & Co. have been appointed as Secretarial and Internal Auditors respectively. These changes are aimed at strengthening governance and compliance.
