Gayatri Bioorganics Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company appointed Mr. Srinivas Iduri as an Additional Independent Director for five years and re-designated Ms. Meenakshi Ramchand Sachdeva as an Independent Director for five years, both subject to shareholder approval. Two Independent Directors, Mr. Murali Vittala and Mr. Ramachandra Seshaprasad Chodavarapu, resigned due to advancing age. The company appointed Vivek Surana & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and Vas & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The board committees have been reconstituted accordingly.
