Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has announced a board meeting on May 28, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to Rs. 419.39 Cr from Rs. 278.78 Cr, led by strong showings in Parks and Hotels. Profit before tax rose to Rs. 83.16 Cr from Rs. 54.33 Cr. The company acquired Giriraj Enterprises’ park business and made Malpani Parks Indore Pvt Ltd its wholly-owned subsidiary. It raised Rs. 172.60 Cr via preferential equity and Rs. 43.15 Cr from warrants, partly to cut subsidiary debt. A new wholly-owned arm will boost indoor entertainment. Operating cash flow was Rs. 147.22 Cr, with EPS at Rs. 1.43.
