NINtec Systems has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 140 Cr and profit before tax of Rs. 35 Cr for the year, up from Rs. 68 Cr last year, driven by strong software services growth. EPS stood at Rs. 14.17. Key expenses rose due to higher purchases and employee benefits. Mr. Indrajeet Mitra joins as Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman, while Mr. Niraj Gemawat remains Managing Director. New internal and secretarial auditors were also appointed.
