Thaai Casting Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Thaai Casting Limited has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the year ending March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to Rs. 122.1 Cr from Rs. 70.96 Cr last year, with net profit inching up to Rs. 11.06 Cr. Despite higher finance costs and depreciation, profit before tax improved to Rs. 16.96 Cr. The board appointed new auditors for cost, internal, and secretarial functions and will seek shareholder approval. Mr. Jagabandhu Padhi will join as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from June 20, 2025.
