Incredible Industries has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted revenue of ₹75.69 Cr and boosted profit before tax to ₹13.23 Cr from ₹9.97 Cr last year. No dividend was declared. A big move comes with the approval of a capacity expansion, including a new SMS plant with 2.56 lakh TPA and a rolling mill upgrade to 2.22 lakh TPA, backed by a ₹151 Cr investment. This aims to cut reheating fuel costs and lift overall efficiency and margins.
