Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited — Important, 28-05-2025: General Updates

Imagicaaworld Entertainment has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company expanded its amusement and water park portfolio by acquiring Giriraj Enterprises’ parks at Lonavala and Shirdi, with Rs. 40 Cr pending payment over 30 months. Malpani Parks Indore Pvt Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary after a Rs. 55 Cr investment. The company raised around Rs. 217 Cr through preferential equity and warrants, using Rs. 194 Cr for subsidiary loans and debt repayment. Aqua Imagicaa park has resumed operations.
