Swastik Pipe Limited approved its audited financial results for the half year and full year ended March 31, 2025. Sunil Gautam has been promoted to CFO, replacing Sunil Kumar Jha who resigned in April 2025. The board re-appointed Rajinder Anand as Independent Director for another five years. Prachi Bansal & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years, while NN & Associates and Punam Kumar Gupta & Associates continue as Cost and Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26.
