Zodiac Clothing has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, recording a consolidated loss of Rs 37.1 Cr and a standalone loss of Rs 40.3 Cr. No dividend has been declared. The company plans to raise up to Rs 15 Cr through a preferential equity share issue to promoters, subject to shareholder approval.
