Zodiac Clothing Company has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a loss before tax of Rs. 34.50 Cr standalone and Rs. 36.11 Cr consolidated for the year. No dividend was declared. The board plans to raise up to Rs. 15 Cr through preferential equity shares to promoter group members, subject to shareholder approval. M/s Robert Pavrey & Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, also subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor gave an unqualified opinion on the results.
