Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd — Updates, 28-05-2025: Company Update

Sandu Pharmaceuticals has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Following the sale of its entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary Sandu Phytoceuticals Private Limited in August 2024, the company will no longer consolidate subsidiary financials from the quarter ended December 2024 onwards. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share (8% on face value Rs. 10). It has appointed Swapnil J Dixit and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s Shekhar Joshi & Co as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. Promoter Akshath Finvest and Properties Private Limited has been reclassified from Promoter to Public category. The Board noted utilization and deviation statements for the quarter ended March 2025.
