Shares were allotted at a face value of Rs. 10 each, bringing total allotments under the scheme to 9,250 shares. The ESOP is designed to incentivize employees with options vesting over one to three years and exercisable within two years post-vesting. Total issued shares now stand at 1.94 crore.
