Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd — Updates, 28-05-2025: Company Update

Sandu Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company sold its entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, Sandu Phytoceuticals Private Limited, in August 2024, so consolidation of financials will not be done from December 2024 onwards. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share (8% on the face value). It recommended the appointment of Swapnil J Dixit and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s Shekhar Joshi & Co as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. Promoter Akshath Finvest and Properties Private Limited requested reclassification from promoter to public category.
