Nazara has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary Paper Boat extended an unsecured loan of USD 8.23 million (~INR 70 Cr) to Kiddopia, which then lent GBP 8.61 million (~INR 99 Cr) to Nazara UK for working capital, acquisitions, and expansion.
