RPR & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Hyderabad, as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Harikrishna & Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s. P.K.R. & Associates LLP as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26.
