Imagicaaworld Entertainment has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted strong FY25 numbers with revenues at Rs. 410 Cr (up 52%), EBITDA of Rs. 176 Cr (up 67%) at a 43% margin, and PBT of Rs. 86 Cr (up 152%). Footfalls nearly doubled to 2.7 million. Key growth drivers include launching Indore Water Park, adding 10 new rides at Wet’n Joy, and introducing Imagicaa Arena Trampoline Park. Rs. 345 Cr was raised via a preferential issue to support acquisitions and expansion.
