RKEC Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

RKEC Projects has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs. 421.52 Cr from Rs. 352.77 Cr YoY, with net profit steady at Rs. 20.04 Cr. The board approved a preferential share issue to the promoter for Rs. 15.06 Cr via loan conversion. Lt. Gen. P R Kumar is slated for re-appointment as Independent Director. New auditors were appointed across internal, cost, and secretarial functions. The company is aggressively investing, clocking capex above Rs. 58 Cr this year.
