Fischer Medical Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year as well as the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, with unmodified auditor opinions. The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.05 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Bilimoria Mehta & Co. has been recommended for re-appointment as statutory auditors for a second five-year term. Additionally, S. Ramanand Aiyer & Co. has been appointed as internal auditors for FY 2025-26. The company also plans to list on the National Stock Exchange of India.
