Vikas Lifecare Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vikas Lifecare reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 480 Cr with a net loss of Rs. 10.9 Cr for the year. Trading and Manufacturing segments, especially Agro and Infrastructure, showed steady growth. Other income contributed Rs. 26 Cr. Kamal Ghildiyal has been promoted from COO to Director (Commercial) to boost operations. The company also appointed new auditors for internal, cost, and secretarial audits for FY2025-26. Arbitration with Eraaya Lifespaces over a USD 34.8 million investment is still in progress.
