The company also approved preferential issuance of equity shares, remuneration and sweat equity allotment to key executives, acquisition of Premier Futsal Management Pvt Ltd, acquisition of up to 60% equity in Bontyme Technologies Pvt Ltd, and allotment of 1,00,000 equity shares to Tulsea Media Pvt Ltd for consulting services. This paves the way for strategic expansion and strengthening the management team.
