Vikas Lifecare reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 11.92 Cr, reversing last year’s Rs 13.45 Cr profit, despite revenues rising 7.6% to Rs 480 Cr, led by Agro and Infrastructure. Finance costs climbed to Rs 4.57 Cr, pressuring margins. The standalone unit posted a small loss of Rs 2.26 Cr on Rs 463.6 Cr revenue. Kamal Ghildiyal was promoted to Director (Commercial), with new internal, cost, and secretarial auditors appointed for FY26. The company is also pursuing arbitration on a USD 34.83 million investment while focusing on strengthening key segments.
