ITD Cementation India has announced a board meeting where it confirmed major leadership shifts after being acquired by Renew Exim DMCC (Adani Group). Dr. Malay Mahadevia steps in as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Kattunga Srinivasa Rao joins as Non-Executive Director, both pending shareholder nod. Nitesh Sharma will become CFO starting June 16, replacing Prasad Patwardhan, who resigned effective May 31.
