SeQuent Scientific has announced a board meeting to discuss its merger with Viyash Life Sciences, after securing stock exchange approvals. The merger significantly expands USFDA-approved manufacturing capacity nine-fold and R&D talent five-fold. Q4 FY25 revenue grew 11.2% to ₹401.7 Cr with adjusted EBITDA up 38.7% at ₹56.9 Cr, margin up 280 bps. Combined Q4 revenue reached ₹772.5 Cr (+13.2%) and EBITDA surged 63.2% to ₹122.2 Cr, enhancing scale and profitability.
