Mangalam Drugs And Organics Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mangalam Drugs and Organics reported consolidated revenue of Rs 318.23 Cr for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, down from Rs 368.59 Cr last year. Despite lower sales, net profit swung back to a modest Rs 6 lakh from a loss of Rs 9.07 Cr the previous year. Operating profit before finance costs improved to Rs 19.72 Cr. The company is strengthening its balance sheet, cutting borrowings and generating positive cash flow of Rs 42.67 Cr. Ragini Chokshi & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor. The subsidiary merger is still awaiting approvals.
