Dudigital Global Limited converted 5.28 lakh convertible warrants into fully paid equity shares at Rs. 50 each, raising Rs. 2.64 Cr from Mr. Ashok Kumar Joneja (non-promoter), who now holds 2.67% equity. Paid-up equity capital rose to Rs. 14.36 Cr, with total shares at 7.18 crore. Around 1.73 crore warrants remain convertible at Rs. 37.50 each over the next 18 months, posing potential future equity dilution.
