Oriana Power Limited — Important, 29-05-2025: General Updates

Oriana Power Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Majestic Sunrise Private Limited, to expand into power generation, EPC, O&M, and consultancy across conventional and renewable energy, including green hydrogen and energy storage. The new entity will also focus on R&D and commercialization of sustainable fuels and related technologies, strengthening Oriana’s position in advanced energy solutions and supporting its growth and sustainability goals. Operations have yet to begin.
