Sandhar Technologies has announced a board meeting on 7th June 2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
Consolidated revenue grew 11% QoQ and 10% YoY, with India up 13% YoY. EBITDA rose 9% QoQ to Rs. 109 Cr and 14% YoY to Rs. 400 Cr; India EBITDA surged 21% YoY. JVs are PAT positive, generating Rs. 303 Cr revenue at ~13% EBITDA margin. Overseas business showed improving trends despite losses. Acquisition of Sundaram Clayton’s die casting business adds Rs. 400-425 Cr revenue potential this year. EV segment targets Rs. 10-15 Cr revenue in FY26, aiming for Rs. 100 Cr in 3 years. FY26 CAPEX guided at Rs. 180-200 Cr mainly for expansion and integration. Management expects 14-15% revenue growth (ex-Sundaram), ~10.5-10.6% EBITDA margin, and ongoing steps to cut overseas losses. Net debt around Rs. 740 Cr. Operational efficiencies and new products key to margin and cash flow gains.
