BF Utilities has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company appointed M/s SVD & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and Mr. Saurabh Jathar as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Mr. Madan Umakant Takale was named Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval. Leadership changed with Mr. B.N. Kalyani resigning as Chairperson, replaced by Mr. A.B. Kalyani. The standalone profit before tax stood at Rs. 26.29 lakh. Auditors issued a qualified opinion due to a Rs. 37 Cr interest-free advance to a subsidiary pending land identification and not impaired. Subsidiary NHDL ceased toll operations in September 2024 after contract expiry, although assets remain valuable for future use. Consolidated results are awaited as subsidiary audits are incomplete. The company also updated insider trading and UPSI policies.
