Century Plyboards (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Century Plyboards has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025, approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. The board declared a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share. Two independent directors, Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Lohia and Shri Kothandaraman Hari, joined for a five-year term. Additionally, the Risk Management Committee will be reshaped starting August 1, 2025.
