BF Utilities has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Leadership changes include Mr. B.N. Kalyani stepping down as Chairperson, succeeded by Mr. A.B. Kalyani. SVD & Associates and Mr. Saurabh Jathar have been appointed as Secretarial and Internal Auditors respectively for FY 2025-26. The audited standalone results show PBT of Rs. 26.29 lakh and PAT of Rs. 7.07 lakh, with windmill segment profit rising to Rs. 48.63 lakh. The company is monitoring a Rs. 37 Cr advance to a subsidiary amid disputes.
