Kothari as Managing Director for three years from September 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. With over a decade of leadership experience within the group and global exposure at GE, Arjun is recognized for his strong commercial insight and strategic vision. He is expected to continue driving the company’s growth agenda. Arjun is also the son of Chairperson Mrs. Nina B. Kothari.
