Arman Financial Services has announced a board meeting on which it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 730 Cr with a net profit of Rs 174 Cr, delivering a strong net profit margin above 7%. Loans outstanding reached Rs 1,683 Cr, maintaining stable asset quality with GNPA at 3.37% and NNPA at 0.55%. The board also appointed Mr. Uttam Narayanbhai Patel as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and onboarded M/s GKV & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.
