Alkem Laboratories has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Ranjal Laxmana Shenoy and Ms. Neela Bhattacherjee as Independent Directors for a five-year term starting 13th July 2025. Mr. Shenoy brings nearly 50 years of experience in finance, taxation, legal, procurement, and corporate restructuring, while Ms. Bhattacherjee offers over 32 years in business strategy, M&A, and global IT services. Their appointments strengthen board independence and add strategic expertise beneficial to the company’s governance and growth.
