Alkem Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Alkem Laboratories has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025, approving consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25. Q4 revenue grew 7.1% YoY to ₹3,144 Cr, led by India sales up 8.1% at ₹2,136 Cr and international business rising 7.2% to ₹975 Cr. FY25 revenue increased 2.3% to ₹12,965 Cr, supported by 6.5% growth in India sales, while international sales dipped 4.5%. EBITDA margin improved 170 bps to 19.4%, with EBITDA up 12% to ₹2,512 Cr. Net profit jumped 21% to ₹2,166 Cr. A final dividend of ₹8/share was declared. Strong domestic growth, healthy R&D spend (4.3% of sales), and solid cash balance (₹4620 Cr) position the company well. Two independent directors were appointed to strengthen governance.
