BF Utilities has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board approved audited standalone numbers showing a Q4 net profit of Rs. 7.07 lakhs and a comprehensive loss of Rs. 4.86 lakhs for the year. SVD & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and Mr. Saurabh Jathar as Internal Auditor for FY26. Mr. M. U. Takale joined as Additional Director, subject to shareholders’ nod. Chairman Mr. B. N. Kalyani resigned, succeeded by Mr. A. B. Kalyani as Chairperson.
