REC Limited — Important, 29-05-2025: General Updates

REC Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary, REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited, has set up Robertsganj Power Transmission Limited to handle an inter-state transmission project supporting pumped storage projects in Uttar Pradesh. After competitive bidding, this subsidiary will be transferred to the winning bidder with all assets and liabilities. This initiative is aimed at bolstering REC’s transmission infrastructure and project execution strengths.
