HMA Agro Industries has announced a board meeting on May 29, 2025, approving audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean audit opinion. The firm reappointed S.N. Gupta & Co. as Internal Auditors and brought on M/s. R.C. Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder nod. It sanctioned a Rs. 100 Cr Export Packing Credit facility from Punjab National Bank. Ms. Bhawna Jain joined as Additional Independent Director, replacing Mrs. Bhumika Parwani, who resigned. The CSR plan for FY 2025-26 was also approved.
