3M India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income from operations at Rs 1,21,174.62 lakh for the quarter and Rs 4,51,582.15 lakh for the year. Net profit after tax was Rs 7,137.11 lakh for the quarter and Rs 47,606.74 lakh for the year, down from Rs 17,285.32 lakh and Rs 58,341.68 lakh respectively in the previous year. The results include the impact of the merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, 3M Electro and Communication India, effective April 1, 2023. Earnings per share were Rs 63.35 for the quarter and Rs 422.60 for the year.
