Consolidated revenue grew to ₹140.27 Cr from ₹119.06 Cr, fueled by operating income of ₹138.04 Cr. Profit before tax jumped to ₹13.95 Cr, with PAT rising to ₹10.35 Cr, pushing EPS to ₹6.91. Reserves increased to ₹76.61 Cr while cash holdings remained solid at ₹44.19 Cr. The company has partially utilized IPO and preferential issue proceeds, keeping the remainder in liquid assets.
