Hubtown Limited has received the Occupation Certificate for its “Hubtown Premiere Residences – Beverly” project in Andheri (W), Mumbai, covering approx 73,500 sq ft with over 95% units sold. This progress reinforces Hubtown’s delivery credentials and sets the stage for upcoming revenue from sales and operations in this premium residential segment. Another building in the project remains under construction, targeting completion by FY 2027.
