SBFC Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 29-05-2025: Allotment of Securities

SBFC Finance allotted 10.25 lakh equity shares to employees and ex-employees under six ESOP schemes at prices between Rs. 21.45 and Rs. 87.33 per share. The fresh equity raises paid-up capital to over 108.88 crore shares (Rs. 10,888 Cr). This issuance strengthens employee retention and incentives with no change in promoter holding.
