Axel Polymers has announced a board meeting approving the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year, as recommended by the Audit Committee. Mr. Chirag Shah has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, bringing over 24 years of experience in corporate law and compliance. The company reappointed M/s. Chirag Bhatt & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and appointed M/s. Devesh Pathak & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26. Mr. Shah has also been inducted into the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees, enhancing governance with his expertise.
