Varroc Engineering Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Varroc Engineering reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 8,171.77 Cr with a PAT of Rs. 696.76 million for the quarter and half-year. The board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per share, pending shareholder approval.
