Varroc Engineering Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Varroc Engineering has approved the financial results for the quarter and year, with consolidated revenue rising to Rs. 8,171.77 Cr from Rs. 7,551.91 Cr and net profit growing to Rs. 69.68 Cr from Rs. 58.38 Cr. The board proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per share, pending shareholder approval.
