HMA Agro Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

HMA Agro Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company re-appointed S.N. Gupta & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY26 and brought in M/s. R.C. Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. Punjab National Bank was added as a new lender with an Export Packing Credit facility of Rs. 100 Cr. Ms. Bhawna Jain joins as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, succeeding Mrs. Bhumika Parwani. The CSR Annual Action Plan for FY26 was also approved.
