Wockhardt Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Wockhardt has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year. The group narrowed its consolidated net loss to Rs. 57 Cr from Rs. 472 Cr last year, with revenues rising to Rs. 3,074 Cr. Standalone losses nearly vanished at Rs. 12 Cr versus Rs. 422 Cr previously, supported by revenue growth to Rs. 1,457 Cr. The board re-appointed Mr. Akhilesh Krishna Gupta as Independent Director and appointed Mr. Virendra G. Bhatt as Secretarial Auditor, both for five years. A fundraise via equity or debt was also authorized, pending shareholders’ approval.
