Consolidated revenue stood at ₹3,08,758.50 lakh, with profit after tax jumping to ₹57,977.13 lakh from ₹44,525.78 lakh last year. Consultancy & Engineering Projects led with ₹1,73,799.66 lakh revenue, while Turnkey Projects contributed ₹1,34,958.84 lakh. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹1 per share, adding to the interim ₹2 per share already paid. Strong cash flows and tight cost control underpin this robust performance.
