Expo Gas Containers Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs. 39.83 Cr for the quarter and a profit of Rs. 1.57 Cr. The board approved issuing 36.7 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 60 each, aggregating to Rs. 22.02 Cr, to promoters and non-promoters, subject to shareholder approval. The company’s name will change to Expo Engineering and Projects Limited. Managing Director Hasanain S. Mewawala’s annual remuneration is proposed to increase to Rs. 30 lakh, pending shareholder nod. Sunil Sawant has been appointed as internal auditor for FY26. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion, confirming sound financial controls and no material misstatements.
